Acqua della Serpa 2021 IGT - Annesanti

Acqua della Serpa in Anphora is a white wine, fruit of the experimentations in the grandfather vineyard with mixed rows, of the young winemaker Francesco Annesanti.

Vinified in contact with the skins in terracotta amphora, then in glass demijohns for three months and from here bottled without clarification, filtration and stabilization.

Acqua della Serpa exudes intense floral and citrusy puffs, with an enveloping and fresh sip, supported by a long salty and persistent breath. Acqua della Serpa is an elegant wine with a medium-long persistency on the palate and well balanced acidity.
