Jacques Selosse Rosè Champagne is a unique expression of the best selected grapes of 10% Pinot Noir coming from Verzy and Ambonnay crus, and 90% Chardonnay coming from Avize cru, from biodynamic vineyards.
The grapes, carefully selected and once fully ripe, are taken to the cellar, pressed and the resulting wines fermented in barriques with the soleras method. After blending, the wine is bottles and rest on yeasts for at least 36 months.
On the nose, Champagne Jacques Selosse Rosé is distinguished by its aromatic complexity, combining notes of raspberry, grapefruit, ginger, flowers, lemon and a subtle touch of musk. On the palate, the cuvée is rich and generous, with fine, persistent bubbles that bring a sensation of liveliness. The finish is long and flavorful, marked by a beautiful vinosity, offering an unforgettable tasting experience. Currently, this cuvée is based on the 2013 vintage, adding to its distinctive character.
This champagne is an ideal accompaniment to refined dishes, or can be enjoyed on its own, to fully appreciate its depth and elegance.
