Chardonnay Sant'Elena 2023 DOC - Petrussa

Chardonnay Sant'Elena is made primarily with grapes from the Sant’Elena parcel, which gives an unique aromatic profile and very distinct carachter.

The clay and silt soils create a wine with robust, earthy aromas and a dominant minerality and complexity.

The vines have an average age of about 20 years and are controlled by two brothers  (Paolo e Gianni) with great attention to maintain the balance of the plant, the climate and the lowest environmental impact possible. The vines are cultivated with natural grass and without the use of herbicides.
