Fiano d'Avellino 2021 DOCG - Vigne Guadagno

Fiano d'Avellino is obtained from vineyards located at 450 mt above sea level on the municipality of Monfredane, where Fiano grapes are organically farmed. The soil is made up of calcareous marl of sedimentary origin with a good percentage of clay and volcanic hashes.

This Fiano has intriguing aromas of smoke, beeswax, ripe orchard fruit and a whiff of acacia honey lift out of the glass.

The smoky flinty note carries over to the rounded reserved palate, underscoring ripe apple, citrus zest and honey. A hint of hazelnut graces the finish.
