Freisa Rosè Spumante Brut - Giacomo Fenocchio

Freisa Rosè Spumante is such a fruity wine to start an aperitif with. 

Thanks to the Metodo Martinotti, It delivers a direct balance between freshness and acidity, crunchy red fruit on the nose and a fine mousse due to the long fermentation. 

This is the only Giacomo Fenocchio's sparkling wine, obtain from Freisa grapes farmed in the Municipality of Monforte d'Alba.
