Annesanti's Pecorino 'Sibillino' is the quintessence of this vine: it fully represents the characteristics for which it stands out on the wine scene.

A white grape variety from central Italy that finds its highest expression in this area of Umbria. Lively, aromatic and with good freshness, accompanied by a distinctive character and good depth. Sibillino is processed in purity, respecting the natural rhythm of mother nature. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins and the absence of sulphur dioxide make it an extremely intriguing wine.

On the nose is intense, citrus and herbaceous notes blend with floral hints. On the palate is fresh, crisp, dynamic, savoury, mineral and with a harmonious finish.
