Silios Valle d'Itria 2021 IGT - Lasorte Cuadra

Silos is a fine white wine from Puglia, located in the area of Valle d'Itria at 410 mt above sea level, where local varieties are carefully farmed (organic) and processed with a complete respect of the natural corse, without addiction of chemical products or selected yeasts during the fermentation.

On the nose is clean and fresh with layers of complexity, Mediterranean herbs, white fruit, candid citrus and white pepper. The sip is ethereal, meteric and precise. Acidity is well integrated,  mineral with a specific freshness and aromaticity. Almond notes appear to the finish.
