Tristo Bianco 2020 IGT - Marco Merli

Tristo Bianco is an orange wine made with 30 days maceration on the skin in cement tanks, slightly pressured and transferred again in cement tanks for malolactic fermentation. 

Refinement on the dregs with a constantly batonnage for 10 months.

This wine is bottles after 18 months from the harvest made without any clarification and filtration. 

Natural fermentation without any yeast addition.
